It ems purchased via online store may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange/store credit and must first be confirmed and approved by Martina Dietrich via email. Purchases made at in-person events are considered Final Sale.

Custom orders/ Made to Order items are considered final sale and are not refundable/returnable.

Custom orders are specifically designed and crafted based on individual client specifications. As such, cancellations are not permitted once production has begun or  completed, unless expressly approved by the designer.

If a cancellation request is approved, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee is calculated to cover the costs of materials, labor, and any other expenses incurred during the production process. The cancellation fee is non-negotiable and will be deducted from any refunds due.

By placing a custom order, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
